Plain-word privacy
NightPager is a service of Norzavi LLC (Michigan). Here is what is collected when you call a business that uses NightPager, get a text from us, or visit this site. Last updated October 27, 2026.
Calls are recorded for safety, quality and training. Callers hear this at the start of every call. Callers also hear that they are speaking to AI.
To run the service, NightPager stores the caller's name, number, location, reason for calling, recording, and transcript, plus owner text commands (ON, OFF, STATUS). This is used only to pass the request to the plumber and to keep the service working.
Calls are answered with Retell AI. Texts and alert calls are sent with Twilio. The service runs on Cloudflare. They handle this information only to provide the service to us.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Plumbers who use NightPager get emergency alerts, urgent-job notices, a morning summary of calls, and replies to their text commands. They agree to these texts in their written service agreement.
An on-call helper a plumber names gets emergency alerts for that plumber, and is told by text when they are added.
A caller who phones a business that uses NightPager and gives a callback number may get up to two texts about that request (for example, that the plumber has been alerted). No marketing texts are ever sent.
Reply STOP to stop texts at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@nightpager.com.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
This website has no login, no sign-up form, no payment buttons, and no ad-tracking pixels.
NightPager is in testing. No plumber is using it yet.
